Are you a skilled professional with a passion for building strong business relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Portugal.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and executing sales strategies to engage new and existing clients, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. You will also be expected to drive customer success by identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a proven track record in B2B account management, customer success, or onboarding. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships with clients. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an attractive salary of €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a food allowance of €7.63 per day. Our full-time position includes a hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our Lisbon office. Join us in making a difference in the lives of businesses across Portugal
