Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and location. This compensation package is designed to attract top talent and recognize individual contributions to the company's success.
Job Description
As a Business Development Professional, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with a portfolio of customers to demonstrate the value generated through our license
- Demonstrating, promoting, and selling Codacy products' present and future functionality and key value propositions to existing customers
- Working closely with the Customer Success Team to understand client challenges and opportunities, always thinking from a renewal and expansion standpoint
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities and communicating regularly with the sales team
- Developing and fostering relationships with clients
- Meting regularly with other teams to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, or similar fields
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Experience working with technical and/or SaaS products
- Good knowledge of Hubspot and other CRM tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
