We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Portugal, specializing in media services. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling user inquiries across various communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and social media.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide guidance on account setup and login issues
  • Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems
  • Offer assistance with app and device compatibility, installation, and settings
  • Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues
  • Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Interest in movies, series, and sports
  • Experience in customer service (preferred)
