A prestigious multinational company is seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join their team in Porto.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading luxury brand, providing exceptional customer service and promoting high-end beauty products. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Serving consumers and guests with the highest levels of service and expertise;
- Providing personalized advice and promoting client brands through every interaction;
- Communicating effectively with consumers via various channels, including telephone, email, live chat, messaging, and social media;
- Offering advanced sales solutions to ensure well-rounded and complete beauty experiences for consumers;
- Processing orders, resolving technical queries, and performing associated administrative tasks;
- Addressing service inquiries, complaints, and complex consumer questions in a timely and effective manner;
- Liaising with leadership and other teams to ensure seamless resolution for consumers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
- A good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2);
- Excellent communication skills and social intelligence, including empathy, self-awareness, and cultural sensitivity;
- Previous experience in call center sales and/or customer service capacity;
- Aptitude for problem-solving and adaptability; and
- Dynamism and team spirit.
