Are you a native Finnish speaker looking for a challenging role in customer support? We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support Agent to join our team at Snaphunt, a leading multilingual recruitment company.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, with experience working in a contact center environment. You will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving complex issues and escalating them when necessary.
- You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- As a senior agent, you will be responsible for mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of our customer support strategy.

The estimated salary for this position is 45,000 - 55,000 euros per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements- Native-level Finnish language skills and fluency in English (B2 level)
- At least 12 months of customer support experience in a contact center environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Meal allowance: 7.63 € per day of work, paid in 11 instances on a meal card
- Performance bonuses
