We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Salve Consulting. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and support in German, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will be fluent in German and possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to diagnose complex problems, identify solutions, and escalate critical issues to senior representatives when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, document actions taken, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records, categorize cases, and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
