  • Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns related to our paid products.
  • Escalate critical issues according to established procedures, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Native German speaker with fluency in English (B2 level).
  • At least 12 months of experience in Customer Support, preferably in a Contact Center environment.
  • Strong understanding of BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs.
