Technical Support Specialist German Language

We are a leading global IT service and consulting company, growing our presence in Lisbon, Portugal.

As a Technical Support Specialist with HCL Technologies, you will be the primary point of contact for technical and customer support inquiries for our German-speaking stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, an analytical problem solver, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with empathy and proactivity, prioritizing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with diverse Helpdesks, product partners, and Quality Engineering teams to deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences.
  • Coordinate regular calls with clients for product accessory refills and upgrades.
  • Process client-generated and internally generated service request tickets within specified delivery times.
  • Provide administrative support for client data verification and database updates.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a Customer Support or client-facing role, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Strong familiarity with computers and digital network configurations, including advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to adapt to local stakeholders' time zones and calendars
  • Required language thresholds: German (C2: Native-Level Fluency), English (B2: Independent User Level)
