Business Development Manager for Circular Economy in Iberia

As a Business Development Manager for our client in Portugal and Spain, you will play a crucial role in expanding their business in the recycling and circular economy sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering company that is at the forefront of plastic film recycling in Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the recycling or environment sector. A strong background in business management, marketing, or commerce is highly valued.
Job Responsibilities- Develop prospecting activities to offer waste collection and recovery services to major industrial and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain a network of influencers and partners to drive business growth.
- Participate in the definition of the commercial strategy in support of the General Manager and the sales team.
- Prepare commercial offers (quotes, presentations, projects) and coordinate responses to tenders.
- Manage the onboarding of qualified new prospects until the contract is finalized.
- Oversee new accounts up to the industrial launch phase, with the help of the R&D and technical support teams.
- Manage the commercial relationship, track commercial KPIs, update the CRM, and contribute to monthly sales reporting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as business, commerce, or marketing.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Strong interest in recycling and the circular economy.
- Autonomous and versatile with excellent communication skills.
