**Job Description:**
We're seeking an experienced Professional Sales Executive to join our team in Sales and Account Management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and presenting commercial proposals, and managing existing client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Develop and present commercial proposals to clients, leveraging your knowledge of the temporary work sector.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and track all commercial activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Native-level English language proficiency (B2).
- A valid driver's license.
