We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to find a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for their team in Porto.

  • Native or fluent in German (verbal and written) and minimum B2 level English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide accurate information efficiently.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, selling cruise packages tailored to customer needs, cross-selling and upselling cruise packages and associated products, providing customer support for post-booking and booking management, supporting travel agents with bookings, and offering comprehensive customer information on destinations, boats, documentation, pricing, and other related inquiries.

Requirements

About the Role

The successful candidate will work from home and will have a shift rotation schedule from Monday to Sunday. They will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values professional growth and development.
