**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Strategic Business Alliances to join our team at Bounce. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with major players in the travel and service industries.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships, with a strong track record of closing deals with top-tier companies in the travel, hospitality, property management, OTAs, or payment providers sectors.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our growth coordinators, regional managers, and product teams to ensure that partnerships are aligned with our overall business objectives and product enhancements. You will also develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy, leveraging industry insights and organizational resources to drive successful collaborations.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Drive the establishment of initial processes for forming partnerships at Bounce
  • Negotiate and close impactful partnerships with major players in the travel and service industries
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define material, quality, and service requirements and standards
  • Take ownership of comprehending and proposing optimal partnership terms, considering relevant financial metrics
  • Develop visual assets in collaboration with Brand Design and utilize resources to support partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and mutual value
  • Collaborate with Bounce investors to identify partnership opportunities

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, developing, and managing strategic partnerships in the travel industry and marketplaces
  • Experience closing deals with major players in travel, hospitality, property management, OTAs, or payment providers
  • Previous startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies to meet changing market demands

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of **€80,000 - €120,000 per annum**, depending on experience, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
