About this role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Operations Coordinator to provide support across several areas, including Executive assistance, People & Culture, Finance, and Office management.

Key responsibilities
  • Support for Executive needs, including organizing executive travels and events, managing documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Office Management: ensuring good office maintenance, managing supplies, and service providers
  • Finance: handling payments to vendors, employees, and external partners, assisting in processing expenses and financial documentation
  • People & Culture: assisting with HR Operations tasks, employee onboarding and offboarding, documentation management, benefits enrolment, payroll alignment, and service payments to consultants
  • Planning and executing Employee Lifecycle Rewards, Company Events, and Team Activities logistics
  • Providing general administrative support to employees, including People & Culture and Finance-related inquiries
Requirements
  • Experience in Administrative, HR, or Finance roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills in both Portuguese and English
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on different tasks

Salary range: €24,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a part-time position (20 hours/week), offering a great opportunity to work with a leading tech company in Portugal.
