HRDS Functional Analyst

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) is a dynamic organization that provides financial services for Air Liquide European entities. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of digital solutions for our Group HR information system.

Mission statement: Enhance the efficiency of the HR Function while ensuring world-class user experience. Key responsibilities include partnering with the BSC team to deliver new configurations related to Core HCM, Compensation, and advanced Compensation.

• Propose system enhancements to automate HR processes and serve as a strong partner to business users, key users, and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.
• Gather and understand customer business requirements and demonstrate core Workday concepts.
• Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed testing of the Workday solution.

You will perform daily/monthly/annual my HR configurations related to Core HCM, Core Compensation, and Advance Compensation. Additionally, create and maintain organizations in Workday, monitor my HR interfaces with other local systems, and liaise with IT teams for issue solving and new developments.

Implement Workday bi-annual releases as per global guidelines and support troubleshooting issues post-go-live. Ensure adherence to time frames and escalate un-fixes when necessary.

As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum 5+ years of experience in HRDS management and prior Workday experience is preferred. Key skills include project management, in-depth knowledge of the HCM module of Workday, and transversal skills such as digital savvy and emotional agility.
