About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or other communication channels;
- Analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions to meet their expectations;
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience;
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support;
- Meet performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue escalation;
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge;
Requirements:
- Fluency in Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian (C2 level or native);
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Typing speed: 25 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or related fields;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
