Customer Support Role Overview

Cross Border Talents is seeking a highly skilled German Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a customer-centric professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, working with renowned worldwide brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Provide general and technical support to customers using our client's paid products
  • Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers with B2C and/or B2B environments
  • Native German level written and spoken communication skills
  • Minimum B2 Level English spoken and written
  • European Nationality or Portuguese Work Permit
  • Proactive attitude, strong team spirit, and ability to learn new processes and concepts
