We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team at Airbus Portugal SA in Lisbon. As an integral part of our HR Transformation & Digital department, this role plays a crucial role in driving and accompanying the transformation of the HR function into its future.

This position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to create, run, and deliver standard reports and dashboards using various tools and technologies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring high data quality through regular quality checks, developing and creating data layouts such as tables, charts, and graphs, and supporting the HR management community in their reporting activities.

The ideal candidate will have a confirmed professional degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, or Engineering, with 2-3 years of experience in reporting operations. They should be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, possess structured, self-organized, and collaborative working habits, and demonstrate creativity and problem-solving skills.

Additional responsibilities include promoting HR Analytics self-service by providing training to end-users, securing security and data protection requirements in line with GDPR regulations, and demonstrating good judgment and discretion when handling highly sensitive data.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create, run, and deliver standard reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
  • Develop and create data layouts such as tables, charts, and graphs.
  • Support HR management community in their reporting activities.
  • Promote HR Analytics self-service by giving trainings to end users.
  • Secure Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Confirmed professional degree in Computer Science/Data Analytics/Information Management/Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in reporting operations.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Structured, self-organised, and collaborative way of working.
  • Creativity and aptitude for problem solving.
  • Data analysis capability: rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data.
  • Data analysis techniques: statistics, data wrangling (with Python and associated libraries such as Pandas).
  • Data visualisation skills (Spotfire, Qliksense).
  • Understanding of HR KPIs.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data security.
