Customer Success and Growth Expert

In this role, you'll serve as the trusted advisor to key executive-level stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction by understanding their unique business needs and developing actionable plans. Your goal will be to onboard customers, increase user acquisition and engagement, ensure retention, and uncover upsell opportunities.
This is a challenging role that requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a focus on delivering exceptional results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to infuse customer voice and needs back into the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Onboard customers by assessing their business needs and creating custom success plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term retention
- Use influence to drive usage and adoption, ensuring customer health and full product value attainment
- Discover upsell opportunities to drive expansion revenue
- Deliver solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Tailor content and communication style to service various stakeholders
You'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management/Customer Success within the tech industry
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent self-awareness in handling customer escalations
- Strong knowledge of product features and changes
- Experience with CRM and CSM systems (e.g. Gainsight)
- Fluency in English and French
Rewarding salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience
