Customer Experience Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our client's team in Parque das Nações. As a key player in managing partner subscriptions, you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire process from seamless onboarding to efficient entitlement and smooth offboarding.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure high service levels, set clear expectations, and effectively communicate at all organizational levels. Your influence will be felt as you navigate complex scenarios, making timely decisions and maintaining operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management and familiarity with technical support environments. They will bring a wealth of knowledge to handle partner and customer escalations and deliver an exceptional partner and customer experience.
