Job Description: As a Senior Accountant GL at Aleksandra Tofilska, you will be responsible for managing Fixed Assets, including reviewing Fixed Assets in progress account, adding or disposing of Fixed Assets, and running Fixed Assets depreciation. You will also handle Journal Entries, including Inventory, and perform ICO reconciliation by identifying differences, requesting missing invoices, and analyzing data to resolve differences independently. Additionally, you will create Cognos reports, perform Account Reconciliation, and handle External reporting, including Audit, VAT, and Intrastat. You will also be involved in Transition, providing GL process overviews for the business and resolving issues encountered during transition. Furthermore, you will provide Team support, including new joiners training, and continuously seek improvement opportunities for executed activities and highlight potential improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance, within BPO/SSC in GL department, and possess very good English and French language skills. They will also have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and additional qualities such as diligence, reliability, attention to details, and good organization skills.
