Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Developer Consultant with 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consultancy roles, ideally within the HR or recruitment industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Tender consultancy: Identifying and pursuing opportunities in public tenders and bids within relevant markets, leading the preparation, submission, and management of tender proposals, and developing strong relationships with government agencies and public sector entities.">
  • Business Development & Sales: Proactively sourcing new business leads, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the HR industry, attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and presenting business development plans and strategies to senior management.">
  • Network Building & Client Engagement: Developing a comprehensive network of contacts within the HR and recruitment industries, leveraging existing contacts and developing new relationships to expand the company's reach and influence.">
  • CRM and Automation: Managing and optimizing the use of a CRM platform for business development and sales processes, utilizing automation tools to streamline outreach efforts, track leads, and follow up with potential clients.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Specialist knowledge of public tender processes, including experience with government tenders and procurement/preferred supply process.">
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic networks.">
  • Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships with C-level executives.">
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, including experience with automation, lead tracking, and reporting.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.">
