We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecoms Sales Agent to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to embark on an exciting career path filled with professional growth and personal enrichment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries, emails, web contacts, and processing orders
- Talking to customers who actively reach out to the company and show interest in our products
- Selling our product over the phone through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Building and enriching our customer database
You will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork and collaboration. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and a good level of English
- Excellent listening skills and effective communication abilities
- A strong customer focus and a willingness to help
- An energetic, innovative, and proactive work approach in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle
What we offer:
- A full-time job, 40 hours a week
- A competitive salary: approximately €1240 gross per month (14 salaries per year) + performance-related bonus
