Job Overview
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all business matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions for key accounts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities with key accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of account initiatives.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on account activities, sales forecasts, and market trends to internal stakeholders.
