We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Professional who is a native Dutch speaker with strong English skills to join our team in Lisbon.

About the Job

This role is perfect for individuals with around one year of sales experience who are eager to develop their careers in a dynamic sales environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Assist in creating tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and enhance sales efforts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Native Dutch language proficiency with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Around one year of sales experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
