About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of one of the world's leading athletic footwear brands. As a key member of our international support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via various communication channels, including telephone, email, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer product information requests and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of New Balance products and services
  • Act as a brand ambassador and embody the company values
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Fluency in Dutch is essential, with strong grammar and spelling skills. You should also have a high level of English proficiency, as well as a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
