Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering results-oriented solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Negotiating hiring agreements with consultants, ensuring their career development and salary conditions are met
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement among our Business Managers and IT recruiters
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Portuguese market, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities
- A proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- An ambitious, results-oriented, and team-player mindset, with a passion for innovation and excellence
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
