This role offers an extraordinary opportunity to make a significant impact on a massive scale, working alongside 800+ talented colleagues spanning two continents. As a Digital Healthcare Implementation Specialist, you will form an integral part of our Customer Success team, responsible for delivering seamless onboarding experiences for our health plan customers. Our best-in-class satisfaction scores serve as a testament to our dedication to excellence.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of Sword's new customer implementation process, from sales handoff through launch and transition to our CSM team
- Tandem collaboration with Customer Success, Marketing, and customers teams to align strategies for effective engagement of customer populations
- Maintenance and enhancement of extremely high implementation satisfaction scores
- Development of project management processes for implementations, encompassing project plans, milestones/deliverables, risk mitigation strategies, communication standards, and more
- Representation as an executive sponsor externally, building relationships and resolving issues and challenges during the implementation process
- Mentorship and coaching of new or less-experienced team members to facilitate successful achievement of team goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience managing implementations or a similar operational function in a client-facing capacity, specifically managing health plans or working at a health plan
- In-depth knowledge of health plans and/or employer benefits space (familiarity with HIPAA)
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders aligned on key deliverables and timing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including delivering presentations and persuading upper management and less-experienced team members
- High responsiveness and resourcefulness – ability to quickly develop and implement creative solutions
- Able to lead long-term strategic planning as well as day-to-day tactical initiatives
- Ability to effectively operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
The ideal candidate should possess critical thinking/problem-solving skills, proficiency with Salesforce, and the ability to quickly learn internal configuration tools.
