The Shared Platforms Operations team is a pivotal force within Group Functions, driving the success of Flutter's in-house strategic platforms that power multiple brands across the group.
This team not only crafts and steers the co-creation strategy and vision for these platforms but also ensures seamless divisional alignment across various areas.
They are the champions of Inner Source, the co-creation strategy within strategic platforms, empowering our brands to innovate and excel across the Flutter ecosystem.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to lead and coordinate a team of engineers who provide IAM services using the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of user identities and access rights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
Set team goals, define project priorities, and ensure the accurate completion of tasks.
Establish a collaborative and inclusive work culture, where employees are encouraged to share insights and work together.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our identity platform and projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its functionality.
- Experience with IAM skills such as application onboarding, joiner, mover, and leaver process, scheduled recertification of applications, correlation, aggregation, orphan management.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members on SailPoint IIQ implementation and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement robust identity lifecycle management processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver, and access request workflows.
