SolidNetworks Business Consulting is a specialist in Information Technology and Outsourcing Services. Our company provides skills development through certified training and career management in various areas of activity. We are recruiting an Administrative Support Specialist for our Human Resources department.

About the Job

This role will provide administrative support to the Head of Unit, focusing on tasks such as publishing job postings, registering incoming CVs, preparing selection materials, drafting invitation letters for interviews, welcoming candidates, drafting offer/negative/reserve list letters, and informing candidates.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum bachelor's degree, up to 5 years of experience in the area, and a B1-B2 level of spoken and written English. The person should be customer-oriented, autonomous, organized, able to analyze and identify problems, and suggest and implement solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Unit.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment procedures, including publishing job postings, registering incoming CVs, and preparing selection materials.
  • Board Support: Draft invitation letters for interviews and welcome candidates.
  • Offer/Negative/Reserve List Letters: Draft and send letters to candidates.
  • Career Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to career development, including the online induction program.
  • Training Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to training.
  • Leave Management: Support leave management processes.
  • Contract Renewals: Assist with contract renewals.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements
  • Preferential minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum experience of up to 5 years in the area.
  • Minimum knowledge of spoken and written English level B1, B2.
  • Customer Oriented, Autonomous and Organized.
  • Ability to analyze and identify problems.
  • Ability to suggest and implement solutions to identified problems.
