About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Sales Professional to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in helping us drive growth with our client base across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base, providing expert advice and support to help them maximise sales opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Conduct regular visits to independent retailers to ensure they have the right product range in stock and provide training on our products.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the European market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and one additional language (Czech, Dutch, French, German, Italian or Polish).
- A degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- A valid driver's licence.
