About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Spanish Customer Agent to join our Greece-based team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying customers' needs, and building trust through effective communication.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, provide accurate information, and keep records of customer interactions
  • Assess customers' needs, build relationships, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native Spanish language skills (C1-C2)
  • Very good command of English language (B2)
  • Good MS Office skills and strong phone contact handling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-oriented approach
