We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team at Adecco Prestação De Serviços, Lda. As a representative of our organization, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers in Dutch, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Fluency in Dutch (native level) and proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • Proven experience working in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of approximately €18,000 - €22,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • A meal card providing a food allowance.
  • Working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • The opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
