We're looking for a highly organized individual to join our Administrative Management team as an Administrative Contract Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for producing employment contracts for young individuals for all the entities managed by the team, which amounts to approximately 2,000 contracts per year (VIE, apprenticeships, and internship programs).
About the Role
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts for internships, V.I.E, and apprenticeships
- Manage the pre-onboarding process for new interns, V.I.E participants, and apprentices, ensuring they have the necessary documentation and support
- Liaise with educational institutions to facilitate recruitment and program alignment
- Evaluate and improve processes related to youth work contracts based on feedback and changing needs
Requirements
We're looking for a candidate with:
- A degree in Human Resources or a similar area
- A high ability to manage a high volume of administrative issues
- Fluent French (mandatory) and a good level of English
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and willing to learn and evolve
Benefits
