**Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our occupational therapists to implement treatment programs for patients with physical disabilities or impairments. You will provide hands-on therapy services, document patient progress, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist
  • Provide routine occupational therapy treatments to patients
  • Document patient findings, progress, and instruction to patients and caregivers
  • Supervise rehabilitation technicians with regard to individual patient care

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
  • Current license to practice Occupational Therapy by the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners or eligibility
  • Basic Life Support certification
