Customer Success Manager for Swedish Speaker

About the Role: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Swedish-speaking Service Manager to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive customer success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage contract compliance and administrative tasks
- Conduct service management reviews with key stakeholders
- Coordinating regular contract reviews and capturing areas for possible changes or updates
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring overall customer health through regular reviews
- Handling customer enablement duties such as training, access requests, and ongoing customer needs
- Managing service level assessments, reporting, and analysis
- Reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing action plans
- Seeking areas for process enhancements and driving improved performance
- Providing accurate, timely, and professional reports to senior management
- Participating in business meetings and contributing to day-to-day improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Professional certifications, such as ITIL V3/v4 and CISCO CSM
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience
- A permanent contract with a Monday-to-Friday working schedule
