Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Turkish language customer support specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Turkish (C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level).

The successful candidate will provide top-notch support to clients across various social media platforms, including subscription management, account management, technical troubleshooting, and marketing tool utilization.

You will also be responsible for making outbound phone calls to ensure customers understand the information provided, as well as providing product and tool support to enhance client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Assist clients with subscription management, account management, and technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
  • Flawless communication skills in Turkish (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver customer-focused solutions

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is around €25,000-€30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
