The estimated salary range for this position is between €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide outstanding technical support to our customers, leveraging their problem-solving skills and technical expertise to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify, analyze, and resolve technical issues through collaboration with internal teams, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding issue status and solutions.
  • Engage with partners to ensure a world-class support experience, promoting customer satisfaction and proactive problem resolution.
  • Contribute to feedback channels to improve support processes and overall customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Native-level fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Technical Experience: Experience in a technical support role, preferably in security or systems administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of troubleshooting technical issues effectively.
