Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that offers a range of innovative products, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.

Our Partnerships division specialises in institutional, financial brokerage, and FinTech sales, providing white-labelled solutions for banks, asset & wealth management firms, Money Services Businesses, and software platforms.

We're looking for a skilled Sales and Partnerships Expert to join our team in Lisbon and develop a network of intermediaries through market research and cold calling. The successful candidate will leverage maximum revenue potential by understanding clients' needs and presenting appropriate solutions.

About the Role

As a Sales and Partnerships Expert, you will be a crucial contributor to our indirect sales Partnerships team, responsible for building great relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new Introducer Brokers to build a network of partners
  • Develop strong relationships with these Partners to generate warm referrals
  • Work to generate referrals for large private client transactions such as overseas home purchases
  • Manage all existing partnerships to maximise business potential
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Work closely with the wider team and report on sales progress

You:

  • Will have sales and/or relationship management experience in the financial services sector
  • Experience generating large private client transactions, e.g. cross-border trades
  • Have experience within a B2B or client-facing environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Driving license
  • Flexible mindset and sense of urgency aligned with our fast-paced culture
  • Fluency in Portuguese and a business level of English
