Employee Benefits Developer

Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of employee benefits in Iberia, ensuring a competitive market position and compliance with local legislation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee benefits in Iberia, including compensation, benefits, and fringe programs.
- Manage the administration of employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, flex allowances, and other benefits.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and notification to Payroll providers.
- Budget control and monitoring of actual expenses vs. approved budget.
- Analyze market trends and propose adequate actions to maintain a competitive market position.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish and Portuguese legislation in all rewards processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent education in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Rewards area and Personnel Administration in a multinational company.
- Experience in labor legislation and knowledge of SAP HR or SF.
- Native Portuguese and Spanish language proficiency, with advanced English language skills.
