Job Title: Customer Support Hero - Multilingual Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support expert to join our team. As a Customer Support Hero, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients via phone, email, or chat. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless communication with our customers.

Requirements:

  • Florent in English (level C2)
  • Native language: Hebrew, Turkish, Hungarian, Czech, Croatian, Greek, Russian, Ukrainian, or Albanian

Work Environment:

You will have the opportunity to work from various locations, including Lisbon (Entrecampos or Parque das Nações) or remotely from Portugal. This role offers a chance to collaborate with a talented team and contribute to the success of our company.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary package, which includes an estimated annual salary of 30,000-40,000€, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits.
