The company is seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join its talented team and contribute to shaping the future of healthcare.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup and drive sales growth through effective lead management, strategic planning, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Maintain accurate activity records and follow-ups to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and procedures
- Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Provide regular reports to the sales director and C-level executives on sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS companies
- Proactive attitude and business-focused mindset
- Data-driven decision-making skills and analytical abilities
- Strong customer presence and presentation skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English language, both verbally and in writing
