Our mission is to make the search and booking of vacation rentals easy. With our search engine for vacation rentals Holidu, we help travelers book the ideal accommodation for the lowest price, and through our software-and-service solution Bookiply, we support vacation rental owners in multiplying their bookings with less work.
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales and Account Management to lead our dynamic sales team in the Algarve region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquiring new partners, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers
- Train and coach the sales and account management team, and foster team spirit through motivational initiatives to reach area targets
- Work together with the Head of Sales & Account Management Iberia to provide feedback and improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and/or account management, with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets. You will also possess natural leadership skills, a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members, as well as a hungry but humble personality with a willingness to continuously improve.
About YouWe are looking for someone with near-native Portuguese and fluent English skills, with previous experience in recruiting and managing top talent. If you have a background in fast-growing e-commerce, tech, or travel companies, that's a plus
