Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Coordinator to support the Reward Operations department at Airbus GBS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and securing PA/time related service requests, collecting timesheet data, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term position with a salary range of €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience. You will work in a hybrid environment, combining onsite and offsite work, and have access to a modern office with excellent public transportation connections.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and secure PA/time related service requests
  • Collect timesheet data and Personal Administration (PA) information in the system
  • Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions
  • Respond to PA/time related inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Ensure the archiving of administrative documents through various efiling, Google Drive, and Workday processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience working in Human Resources
  • Fluent English and mandatory German conversation skills
  • Experience in SAP, Workday, and Google Suite (preferential)
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Versatility to work with different technical tools
  • Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
  • Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks
