About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Content Review Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with native or fluent Swedish skills and strong communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and annotating data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in labeling and annotation, and collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality annotated datasets.

Responsibilities
  • Review and annotate data according to provided guidelines and criteria
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data labeling and annotation
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or ambiguities in data annotations
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality annotated datasets
  • Adhere to project deadlines and quality standards
  • Provide feedback on annotation guidelines and suggest improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Native or proficient level of Swedish (C2)
  • Intermediate level of English (at least B2)
  • Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages
  • Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies
  • Motivated and enthusiastic personality
  • Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimum supervision
  • Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors
  • Patient, empathetic, and unique ability to manage stress
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
  • Technical aptitude and ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Experience with policy work or help resource project management
  • Able to follow guidelines and instructions
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (work on site - Lisbon or Porto)
