As part of our entrepreneurial environment, we have embarked on a joint venture with HUGO BOSS, creating the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus. This collaborative platform will increase data analytics, eCommerce, and technology capabilities, boosting digital sales and providing state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, estimated to be between €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth, international collaboration, and access to cutting-edge technologies.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Strategist and contribute to creating impactful change for our clients. As part of our Global Customer Engagement department, you will work closely with C-level executives to drive business growth and development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize new use cases and mechanics for loyalty programs
- Negotiate with external partners to adapt technical and systematic implementation
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics, or related areas
- Several years of experience in project management, loyalty, and CRM-related roles
- Excellent knowledge of retail and e-commerce, including strong customer orientation, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle/luxury sector
