Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Nordic Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our Global Scaled Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for working closely with customers across multiple segments and industries, delivering 1:1 engagements through comprehensive discovery and expert recommendations, facilitating 1:Many webinar events, and scaled campaigns.
A Day in the Life:
- Working across a large cohort of different types of customers, from small Retail to larger Enterprise organizations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Zendesk Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and more.
- Utilizing data and insights to inform your approach, shape your discovery, and bolster your recommendations.
- Forecasting and mitigating risk to ensure growth and drive customer satisfaction.
- Developing a deep understanding of Zendesk's products and capabilities, including consultation, demos, and standard processes for quick wins, as well as advanced product features and integrations.
- Hosting weekly online events to educate customers and facilitate peer-to-peer learning.
- Producing short videos to convey complex concepts in an easily digestible format.
- Bolstering outreach campaigns to entice customers to engage with Zendesk and realize the value of our partnership.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills.
- One of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian.
- The right to work in Lisbon (no visa sponsorship available).
