About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader with excellent communication skills, able to drive business growth through exceptional client relationships and team management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspire the team by establishing a client-centric culture within the store, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving commercial priorities to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance clienteling, appointment generation, and sales growth.
  • Recruit new clients and re-engage existing ones through targeted initiatives and programs.
  • Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging tools and data to drive business results.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with Retail Performance and Training teams to manage data, monitor store performance, and merge client profiles.

Selling and Floor Management

Ensure optimal sales floor management, being visible and supportive, and demonstrating sales leadership to the team. Profile:

  • Agility and resilience.

Educational Requirements

A minimum of a high school diploma is required. Fluency in English and Portuguese is necessary for effective communication.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
