About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time role that offers a hybrid working mode combining working from home, office, and visiting clients.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business priorities, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with our team to create and present solutions that help our clients achieve their strategic and tactical goals.
Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage workload independently and prioritize client commitments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in an analytical environment
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including flexible working hours, career development opportunities, and a comprehensive training program.
