**About the Role**

We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Experience Travel Sales Growth Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, uncovering new business opportunities, and representing our platform capabilities to different audiences.

**Responsibilities**

  • Generate scalable, high-quality leads through research and proactively seek new business opportunities through various communication channels.
  • Identify decision-makers and research prospects' contact information.
  • Represent our platform capabilities and services to find the best way to communicate with different audiences.
  • Work with the Experts Team to keep CRM (HubSpot) fully up-to-date and the pipeline current.
  • Update Company Dashboards on a weekly basis.

**Requirements**

  • You are very organized with great attention to detail and diligent in following through.
  • You are persistent and confident in communication on all platforms.
  • You are tech-savvy, proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, and quick to learn other tools.
  • You have experience in sales research or any relevant sales experience.
  • You have worked in a startup environment and/or within a relevant industry to Easol (Festivals, Events, Tour Operators, Travel, Adventure, Wellness).

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $120,000 yearly.
