Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
Job Description: As a Strategic Commercial Specialist, you will partner with senior Sales Leadership to develop innovative deal structures, handle risk within contractual terms, and educate the sales team on our latest product bundles and offerings. You will also provide improved methodologies for pricing and business terms, based on data-driven decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute contracts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic commercial plans and proposals to support sales growth
- Collaborate with product teams to create optimal pricing models and strategies for new products and bundled solutions
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations departments to optimize contract terms and close deals
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to drive commercial excellence across the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, Bid Management, Commercial Finance, or relevant fields. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in English and experience working in a multinational environment are highly valued.
